Virgil Sports Inc. Refund & Return Policy

Overview
Virgil Sports Inc. values your satisfaction and trust. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be issued for TOURNAMENT REGISTRATIONS and CAMPS, MERCHANDISE AND APPAREL. All purchases are subject to the conditions below and applicable Illinois state laws.
TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
- General Policy
All ticket sales are considered final. However, under specific circumstances outlined below, we may process refunds or offer credits. - Refund Eligibility

- Processing Fees
Only the base ticket fee is refundable. Service, payment gateway, and processing fees are non-refundable. - Request Deadline
Refund requests (where applicable) must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the Tournament date unless the Tournament is canceled or rescheduled by Virgil Sports Inc. - How to Request a Refund
Send an email to: info@virgilsports.com with:
- Full Name
- Order Confirmation Number
- Reason for Refund Request
Allow 7–10 business days for processing.
CAMPS
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, our refund policy for camps is as follows:
- General Policy
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 21 days prior to the start date of the camp.
- Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation is requested between 20 and 7 days prior to camp start.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of camp start are not eligible for a refund, due to resource commitments and fixed costs.
- Exceptions
- Medical Emergencies: In case of a documented medical emergency, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellation by Virgil Sports: If a camp is canceled by Virgil Sports Inc., all registered participants will receive a full refund, including any registration fees. - Event Rescheduling by Virgil Sports: Participants will have the option to:
- Transfer registration to the new date.
- Request a full refund.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
- Associated Fees: Any third-party transaction or processing fees are non-refundable, per Illinois law.
- Transfers
Registrations are transferable to another person or camp session if requested at least 7 days in advance.
MERCHANDISE & APPAREL
- Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. - Return Eligibility

Refund Method
