Martial Art Tournament – Specific Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Martial Arts Tournament, you (or your legal guardian) agree to the following additional terms:
- Eligibility & Registration

- Open to all ages and belt levels.
- All participants must register online prior to the deadline.
- Parents/legal guardians must complete the registration for minors.

3. Competition Rules

- All matches will be governed by standard martial arts rules and regulations (provided ahead of the event).
- Unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Judges’ decisions are final
- Arrival & Participation

- Competitors must arrive by 8:00 AM for check-in.
- Matches begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
- Late arrivals may forfeit their matches.
- Spectators

- Spectator tickets are $25, payable at the gate.
- Entry includes access to all-day viewing and seating.
- No video equipment allowed unless pre-approved.
- Refund Policy

- Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event for refund (excluding transaction fees).
- No refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals.
- If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, all registrants will be notified and given refund or transfer options
- Media Consent

- By attending, you consent to photography and videography.
- Virgil Sports Inc. reserves the right to use these materials for future marketing and promotions.
- Liability Waiver

- Virgil Sports Inc., its staff, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
- A waiver must be signed during registration. For minors, the parent/guardian must sign.
